Huisache Acres HOA
Founded in 1991, the Huisache Acres Owners Association (HAOA) assists in the development of a community designed for safe, healthful and harmonious living. This includes approving new home building plans as well as external renovations (such as pools or driveways) so they meet the approved bylaws and deed restrictions. ALL EXTERNAL RENOVATIONS MUST BE SUBMITTED AND APPROVED BY THE HAOA ARCHITECTURAL CONTROL COMMITTEE BEFORE CONSTRUCTION BEGINS. Board members are elected at the HAOA's annual meeting usually held each January. Annual dues of $750 are invoiced each June. New homeowners pay at closing a $150 transfer fee to HAOA. There is no fee to refinance.
